Malachi 3:10 Discovered Being Ministry Incorporated is now engaged in a fight for the rights of the homeless.  Bishop William B. Caractor, Presiding Prelate has filed an appeal in the United States District Court as it relates to the First Amendment of the US Constitution (Freedom of Speech and Free Exercise Clause). This case can be viewed at the United States District Court, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York . Also, each year, Discovered Being Ministry Incorporated launches a campaign to feed the homeless. We are in need of donations to assist with the appeal and to provide food to homeless families.
