To the Board of Bishops that I Preside over, all Ecclesiastical Districts and the connecting
churches. I would like to commend Bishop Elijah Crawford, Jurisdictional Bishop of the Eastern
District for his untiring love and devotion for Discovered Being Ministry, Incorporated during the
development stages of this ministry.
To all those who thought it not robbery to dedicate their time and finanical support during the
trying years in which this ministry encountered.

Bishop William B. Caractor
Pastor Helen Caractor is the daughter of the late Elder John Leo
MacDonald and Elder Joan MacDonald. Elder John MacDonald
was the Founder of Abundant Life Christian Fellowship.
Pastor Caractor graduated from Hillcrest High School and enrolled
in various courses in La Guardia Community College. Under the
watchful eye of her parents, Pastor Caractor came to know Jesus at
an early age. She is married to Bishop William B. Caractor,
Presiding Prelate of Discovered Being Ministry Incorporated which
has churches in the states of New York, South Carolina, Florida,
Connecticut and Tennessee.
In 2002, Pastor Caractor joined St. Peter’s Spiritual Temple of
Prayer where Bishop Caractor’s mother was the Pastor. After
enrolling in the accredited Bible College, she began to heed to the
call of God which has always been a part of her life.
In 2003, Pastor Caractor was ordained by Discovered Being
Ministry, Incorporated and continued her Bible Studies and became
part of the Ministeral staff under Pastor Estee Holmes.
Pastor Holmes became ill in 2006. Not being able to continue her
duties, the church at large voted, Reverend Evangelist Helen
Caractor in as Pastor.
